Grid computing generated by CPU / HDD and network resources
Using the CPU/HDD and highly secured network resources of an external PC or server in conjunction with the innovative "Promotional Grid"(*) technology will change the server environment.
The SaaS model is employed where the user receives free services and applications in exchange for use of user's PC and/or Server CPU / HDD. The borrowed resources are connected via the Internet to the cloud PC to create network and server resources. Essentially this technology succeeds in creating a virtual supercomputer. Virtualization resources lend well to internet promotional websites distributors or research institutions with high load data processing requirements.
Although there are still cloud businesses that use the grid technology, most of the current cloud businesses are "closed cloud with infrastructure" using our IDC. However, Brand Dialog expands upon this internet cloud solution to create "open cloud without infrastructure".
Also, a cloud based virtual supercomputer exposing an API enables business services that never existed before. These services include extremely fast encoding, rendering, scientific operations etc. As the amount of borrowed PC resources (idle capacity) increases, the computing power of the supercomputer also increases. Thus infrastructure costs are not incurred.

Network Security

PCs borrowing parts of CPU/HDD are connected through our Grid Server and VPN (Virtual Private Network). Communications across the VPN are encrypted with 128 bit TLS (Transport Layer Security). Not only is communication between PC users not allowed, the existence of others to the user is hidden. A GRID Cloud exists on the internet, however, since it is a separate network segment. Accessing a user PC externally cannot be done without communication through the Grid Server.
Integrity of Data and Jobs (Disaster Recovery)

CPU/HDD resources are managed by a reliable grid scheduler.
To manage risk such as a sudden PC power down or start-up, the processes thrown at the CPU or HDD stored data is "1 process (1 data) to multiple CPUs (multiple HDD)" rather than “1 process (data) for 1CPU (1HDD)".
This prevents processes from getting stuck or data loss or damage.
The individual file fragments are copied and distributed to several locations so it can be reconstructed

(*) - When the PC on which the data is stored is running, the data will be reconstructed.
PC User Confidentiality

Resident software (GRID Client) cannot touch the user directories or files on the PC which it is installed.
The resident software (GRID Client) data exists in a binary format, so it cannot be viewed from the user end.
The resident software (GRID Client) generates two text files on the user PC which note the CPU use rate as well as the HDD unused space.
The Grid Server is capable of monitoring these two files. The browser also connects to the resident software (GRID Client) asynchronously to perform identification at the time of groupware log in.
Integration of various OS, "Green IT" contribution
Various OS's such as Windows, Linux and Mac exist on the internet and the applications that run on them are built OS-dependent. This OS co-existence used to be a grid issue, but through academic and technical achievements in our own virtualization technologies, the Promotional Grid was created and effectively solves this issue.
Additionally, having a PC or server on the network enables utilization of idling CPU / HDD resources. The efficient use of electricity for standby power or air conditioning contributes to the "Green IT". Based on this resource, compliance with users and CO2 (carbon dioxide) emissions quota is considered as well.
Although there are cloud businesses that currently use grid technology, most of them use our IDC. In short, this is "closed" cloud. The "closed cloud" model conceals infrastructure costs such as server or electricity expenses and there is a limitation on lowering these costs. In addition, managing and maintaining this type of cloud is very complicated since load balancing needs to be decentralized in terms of circuits.
With regards to the "Closed Cloud" model, Brand Dialog's solution is "Open Cloud" where PCs and Servers connected to the internet contribute to create a virtual grid. The users themselves can become a grid contributor in "Open Cloud". The cloud VPN is encrypted to achieve secure connections. It can also overcome a company's firewall while maintaining security levels. It is estimated that approximately 30% of the world uses a PC or server, and having their idling CPU cycles contribute to the cloud grid creates a cloud model with minimal infrastructure costs. This "Open Cloud" model can be achieved using Promotional Grid technology.
"Open Cloud" is a collection of many small cloud computing environments. Small clouds are managed by a single cloud server and are encrypted with a VPN.

Additionally, having our own virtual supercomputer using our proprietary API opens the door to other business ventures such as a bulk data storage utility or high speed data encoding.
As PC borrowing increases, the supercomputer processing capabilities increase as well. Our model requires no infrastructure costs and enables innovative eco-cycling.
