We are committed to protecting all personal information held by us in accordance with our Privacy Policy and using all such personal information in accordance with the following rules.
1) Purposes of Use
We will use your personal information only for the following purposes:
1. Conducting examinations under applicable laws and regulations
2. Making decisions on transactions
3. Conducting management and providing services necessary for replying to inquiries
4. Notifying customers and the public of seminars, exhibitions and other events and providing information on products and services

2) Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties
We will manage your personal information in an appropriate manner. We will not provide your personal information to any third party without your prior consent, except for the following cases:

2. Cases where we need to provide your personal information in order to protect the life, body, or property of an individual and find it difficult to obtain your consent

4. Cases where we need to provide your personal information in order to cooperate with a state organ, a local government, or an individual or business operator entrusted by a state organ or local government in executing the affairs prescribed by applicable laws and regulations and are likely to impede the execution of the affairs concerned by obtaining your consent
3) Entrustment of Personal Information to Outside Contractors
If we contract out our operations, we will select outside contractors that meet satisfactory standards for personal information protection and conclude a personal information protection agreement including a confidentiality agreement with such outside contractors in order to meet the purposes of use of personal information.
4) Request for Disclosure and Other Handling of Personal Information
If you request the disclosure, correction, discontinued use, or deletion of your personal information, we will meet your request after verifying your identify through appropriate procedures. As soon as we confirm that we hold your requested information, we will disclose it to you in writing. 6) Revisions
We will review and improve these rules on Handling of Personal Information as necessary.If we change these rules on Handling of Personal Information, we will immediately announce such changes.
7) Other Matters
We may refuse transactions with you, reject your job application, or withdraw our job offer to you if you do not want to give information requested by us, do not want to consent to the whole or part of our handling of personal information, or do not want to submit identity verification documents.
We may process your personal information so that nobody can identify you and use such information as our marketing data. You agree that we are allowed to use such marketing data without limitation.
