No Installation Fee No Monthly Fee It's free!There is no charge to use. However, client software(GRIDY Client)needs to be installed on every client PC.
Conventional groupware obtains an ID and IP address of accessed device to identify the user.However, IP addresses may be changed depending on the situation and the range is defined on the router managed by the organization. This behavior prevents organizations from real user management.
GRIDY allows administrators to select the login security from 3 different levels. The most secured level option allows full access only from your own PC(*). With this setting, accessing from a PC on the same network (e.g. coworker’s PC) or a PC at a net cafe requires login with limited access. No internal information can be viewed.Additionally, login is required with limited access for access from a PC with no GRIDY client installed.
(*) - Your own PC means the PC used by yourself for day-to-day operations.
As a return of GRIDY usage, idle CPU/HDD resources from the PC's where the client software is installed, are borrowed.
These idle resources are used as part of the supercomputer (BD own cloud (*1)) through our Promotional Grid Platform (*2). This BD own cloud is the only cost incurred to interested companies or research organizations. Once in place, the GRIDY is provided free of charge to all users associated with the customer. There are no annoying ads and can be used with confidence.

Cloud built with an external PC with fast and highly secure technology. BD’s cloud is not a virtual server and it can handle high-load services, which was never possible, by utilizing a large CPU cloud with high processing speeds.
(*2) - Promotional Grid Platform
Brand Dialog proprietary technology: hosted by a large virtual supercomputer whose processing power is increased by using the idle CPU/HDD resources of external PC’s or servers on the network. Support is provided for distributed processing of video encodings (including animations), rendering etc. at a low cost. This substantially reduces server and equipment costs (Patent pending). This technology contributes to lowering CO2 emissions by restricting the amount of server power consumption during operation through the “Promotional Grid Platform”. Currently, for the CO2 emission market establishment that is being considered domestically in Japan, we are doing our best to contribute to the Green IT by promoting the use of cloud technology.
